| Brief Description |
This walk starts at Sale water Park but it is not the usual Sale water Park walk. We will not be going round the lake or walking along the River Mersey. We cross the motorway bridge using the ramps, we go through a wooded area to reach Priory Gardens. There is then a short section of pavement walking to reach the canal, which we follow. There are seats along the canal that we can use to take short water breaks. When we leave the canal we use tree lined paths to eventually join the River Mersey close to Jackson's Bridge which we cross back into the Water Park. There are no steps or stiles. |
