Brief Description

Starting from Spud Wood, we walk west to Lymm and beyond, crossing between the TPT and the Bridgewater canal on the forward and return. The tracks are good and level and the route allows for anyone wishing for a shorter walk to return by the canal to Spud Wood for a 3ml or 4.5ml round trip, from the crossing points. NB we are well clear of the collapsed canal bank. The change of walk is due to the bad weather and other commitments for a non recce.
